The thermal decomposition process of solid K_2FeO_4, have been probed by in situ high temperature powder X-ray diffraction ( XRD) and thermo-gravimetric-analysis ( TGA) and differential thermal analysis ( DTA). 用高温X-射线粉末衍射分析(XRD)、热重(GTA)及差热(DTA),探讨了K2FeO4的热分解机制。提出一种改进固体高铁酸盐的化学分析方法。

In-situ HVEM observation on phase transition of the YBa_2Cu_3O_ ( 7-x) superconducting compound in the process of heating was carried out, and high temperature X-ray diffraction analysis in air and X-ray diffraction phase analysis for the sample treated in vacuum condition were made. 对YBa2Cu3O(7-x)超导化合物在加热过程中的相转变进行了高压电镜原位观察,并做了在空气中的X射线衍射分析和真空处理样品的X射线衍射物相分析。
Technology of depositing TiO 2 on surface of diamond by homogeneous precipitation phase transfer method are presented, TiO 2 is reduced into Ti in vacuum at high temperature, formation of Ti and TiC is verified by X-ray diffraction analysis. 用均一沉淀法在金刚石表面沉积二氧化钛,探讨了沉积工艺条件。覆层在高温和真空条件下被还原为单质金属钛,X射线衍射分析表明金刚石表面有钛和碳化钛生成。
